Returns

You may return any item purchased from Wellness Botanica for any reason within fourteen (14) days of delivery date.

Refunds

To obtain a refund, the product/item must be in the same condition that you received it: Unopened, unused, and untampered with. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. When you receive the refund, the shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the amount refunded.

As soon as your refund request is received, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 14 day period.

Once we have received your returned item, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 to 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept any returns for any opened, used products.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged in any way, or if you receive the wrong item.

In the event that your order arrives damaged or broken, please email us as soon as possible at contact@wellnessbotanica.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 15 days, contact your bank or your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
